Yeah.... usually.

It's a visual trigger for more circulation and O2 flow to your blood and brain.
It's instinctive for humans. Some say, in olden times as well, that showing teeth was a sign of dominance, and that's where it evolved from - a constant struggle to "stay on top."

Not precisely, but it's very usual that someones yawns after someone else does.
Yawning is a natural effort to catch more air specially in closed spaces because of the lack of oxygen. So, when in a closed room, someone yawns it's very probable that fresh air is running out, which will cause yawning contagiousthat everyone in the room to yawn sooner or later.

Not contagious, its when your brain is lacking oxygen. Sometimes seeing someone yawn activates a response in the brain to make you yawn!!
