i went to sign on to my old email and the darn thing wont let me on it locked me out cuz i tried to enter my password too many times the hotmail support team is no help and i cant remeber my alternate email i have no options to answer my secret question and without that option i cant sign in and some very important emails are going there i gave my mom the passowrd and she lost the paper she wrote it on so im screwed and i cant get in its so fail it aint funny i hatewindows live hotmail support team windows live its the worst idea they've had
next time moron...use the security questions..it's what they're for!
It's not hotmail's / Windows Live's fault you can't remember your password, don't know what you used as an alternate email, and don't know the answer to your secret question. I mean it's not like they didn't give you plenty of ways to avoid the situation you are in right now. Quite simply, you are the one that is fail here. Not hotmail.
And yeah, you'd be windows live hotmail support teamhaving the same problem with GMail, or any other mail service. It's called "security", and it's designed to prevent people from hacking into your email account.
usually e-mail only locks temporarily. I don't think it would permanently lock, I think it locks first for fifteen minutes.
You would have the same problem with Yahoo, and all of other emails...
